Health and Hygiene Management Seminar

A seminar on Health and Hygiene Management was conducted on 1st October 2026 by Dr. Fatima Agarwala, Physiotherapist create awareness among students about personal hygiene, healthy habits, and overall well-being.

The session also addressed menstrual health, educating students about periods, the importance of menstrual hygiene, and the need to approach menstruation with confidence and understanding. It encouraged students to dispel myths, overcome hesitation, and recognise menstruation as a natural and normal biological process.

The seminar was informative and enriching, empowering students with essential knowledge to make informed health choices and adopt healthy hygiene practices in their daily lives.
