Annual General Body Meeting (AGBM) 2026–27

The Annual General Body Meeting (AGBM) of our school commenced on 13th August 2026 and was conducted systematically for all sections of the institution, including the High School, Middle School, Primary, and KG Sections.

The meeting began with a warm welcome to all the parents, followed by a prayer and an audio-visual prayer song that set a solemn and positive tone for the gathering. The minutes of the previous AGBM were then read out and duly approved by the members present.

A special welcome was extended to our new Manager, Sr. Sujata, and the school community expressed its joy at her presence. The School Cabinet then presented the important rules and regulations from the school almanac, familiarizing parents with the guidelines and expectations to be followed throughout the academic year.

The Principal addressed the gathering, highlighting the school's vision, academic goals, and the importance of maintaining a strong partnership between the school and parents for the holistic development of every child. Teachers also interacted with the parents, sharing valuable information about the academic programme and classroom expectations. The AGBM concluded successfully with active participation from parents, staff, and the school management.

Following the general meeting, parents proceeded to their respective wards' classrooms, where the election of the PTA Class Representatives was conducted.
