A Milestone Experience at BARC on National Science Day

On 28 February 2026, eighteen students and two staff members from St. Anthony’s High School had the rare privilege of visiting the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre to mark National Science Day. Being granted access to select restricted areas made this visit truly exceptional and a proud moment for the school.

The experience went far beyond a typical educational trip. Students interacted directly with scientists and researchers, gaining firsthand insight into advanced scientific work. They were introduced to the fascinating world of radioisotopes and their real-life applications in fields such as medicine, agriculture, and industry.
