On July 25th and 26th, St. Anthony’s High School students had the fantastic opportunity to attend a two-day Robotics Camp organized by the U.S. Consulate General, Dosti House. Guided by the skilled instructors from the Paraducks Group, our students, including Munezza Shaikh, Sabeen Shaikh, Sheza Gazdar, and Farhab Khan from Class VIII, immersed themselves in the world of robotics and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).
The camp provided a dynamic environment for hands-on learning, where students explored digital and analog signals, used resistors for current stabilization, and worked with different types of jumper wires. The highlight was the engaging activities, such as experimenting with a potentiometer to blend colors and control LED lights, connecting motors to an Arduino Uno board, and assembling a robotic car from scratch. The experience culminated in a friendly competition with five other schools, adding excitement and a spirit of teamwork.
This enriching experience not only enhanced their technical skills but also ignited a passion for technology and robotics. We are proud of their enthusiasm and the new skills they acquired during this memorable camp.
