St. Anthony’s Girls’ High School, celebrated its Annual Day with great enthusiasm and merriment on November 15, 2019 in the school premises. The entire school participated wholeheartedly towards the success of this grand event. The triumph was possible by the relentless efforts of our Principal – Sr. Maria Selvam.

Dr. Fr. Francis Anthony Swamy S.J, Principa of St. Mary’s I.C.S.E. School , Mazagaon was the Chief Guest of the day. Sisters and guest of various prestigious institutions also graced the momentous occasion. In his speech, he emphasised on Moral Education, responsibility of students towards their parents and also towards the Nation.

The event commenced with the lighting of the lamp and invocation of the Lord Almighty.

The theme for the Annual Day was ‘Blooming with Grace’ which was presented meticulously by students from grade V to X. The journey show cased Music and various types of Dances – both Indian and Western. The main highlight was of the Street Play on “Impact of Technology” the School’s Annual Report was presented by the honourable Principal – Sr. Maria Selvam in a specular presentation, highlighting the accomplishments of the students in the past year.

The exemplary achievements of students in both Scholastics and Co- scholastics areas were acknowledged in the Prize Distribution Ceremony.

The Chief Guest – Dr. Fr. Francis Anthony Swamy S.J was visibly impressed by the impeccable performance showcased by the students across different grades. In his speech to the audience, he appreciated the choice of theme and its immense impact on the minds of youth.

Finally, the Vote of Thanks was delivered which acknowledged the efforts of the Students, Teachers, and Supporting Staff and thanked the esteemed guests for their precious time and presence. This was followed by the National Anthem as a tribute to our nation.
