St. Anthony’s celebrated India’s 72nd Independence Day on 14th August and the students had their celebrations with a flag hoisting ceremony on 15th August. An assembly was held highlighting the importance of Independence Day.

Independence Day was celebrated to mark the 71st year of freedom from the British rule with great patriotic fervour, zeal and zest. The Chief Guest Mr. Vivek Sohani, Manager and Chief promotor of NCCF (National Cooperative Consumers) emphasized on “Educating all to contribute to Nation Building”.

On this patriotic occasion, our students showcased a colourful spectacle of India’s vision. The morning began with a dance performance presented by the middle school. It was a proud moment to watch the students dance like a dream and spread the essence of Tricolour wrapped in emotions and pride for our motherland. The day ended by singing the national anthem.
